Our Story

My husband, JR and I started a small family farm 9 years ago but our story doesn't begin there.  JR grew up on a farm not far from where we decided to plant our roots and I grew up on a 1000 acre feedlot in north Missouri.  So having a farm for our 3 children, Cole, Cain and Cash to grow up on was a must!  JR is an IBEW Local #2 Journeyman Lineman and I am a stay at home mom that runs the day to day operation at Rocky Bottom.  I take great pride in the product I produce- whether it be freezer beef, freezer pork or an AKC French Bulldog.  Countless hours are put in to make everything produced at our farm the very best it can be!!
